Dr. Rami Abbass practices as part of University Hospitals Medical Practices with Gastroenterology Associates. He has admitting privileges at UH Case Medical Center and UH Bedford Medical Center, UH Ahuja Medical Center, UH Richmond Medical Center and UH Geauga Medical Center.

Training & Education

Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, Dr. Abbass received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University, School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland and his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital.

Special Interests

Dr. Abbass has special medical interests in general gastroenterology, including functional gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer screening.

In his spare time, Dr. Abbass enjoys running and traveling.
